Register for the Library Love 3K

To join us on Saturday, September 27, 2014, please click HERE to register.

Check-in begins at 8:00 am, and the race whistle blows at 9:00 am sharp!

(Yes, you can register on-site the day of the race, but we cannot guarantee that a t-shirt will be available.)

This is the perfect beginners ‘race.’  The event is just 3 kilometers (2 miles) long, relatively flat, and completely car-free.  3K is a great distance for beginners who want a realistic goal, a great opportunity for avid runners to introduce children and families to the joys of running, or a unique chance to simply stroll down the middle of  tree-covered traffic-free Minnehaha Avenue.

Plus, you’ll get a groovy “Library Love” t-shirt with the Hamline Midway Library Association’s logo, generously donated by St. Paul artist, Jun-Li Wang.

To register, just go to our secure registration page and you’ll be on your way.  Early-Bird Registration for adults (18+) is $20.  Starting Monday, September 15, the price goes up to $25.  To encourage kids, youth and families to participate, ages 17 and under are only $10.  Same-day registration will be available, but t-shirts will be limited.  (To guarantee availability and the proper size, please register in advance.)

You can also support the Hamline Midway Library Association and its work on behalf of the Hamline Midway Library by adding an additional donation.  Your registration print-out is your receipt – ask your tax representative about possible deductions for your additional contribution to a 501(c)(3) organization.
